In Florida, it’s a shorter requirement. It’s by state law. It’s only a 15 day notice requirement. So it’s a little bit different there. You’ve got a lot more time but you still have to put that 15 day notice in when you’re on a month to month lease. Again, that’s only for month to month. If you’re on a fixed term lease, it’s still the two full calendar months.read more
