For a low fee, we can provide an absolute guarantee that you’ll receive your rent no later than the 11th of the month. We can make this guarantee because we will pay your rent out of our own pockets if your tenant doesn’t.
If we place a tenant who doesn’t pay on time, we’ll begin an aggressive collections process and, if necessary, evict that tenant. Our RCGP allows us to pay your rent for up to four months while we evict the nonpaying tenant and find you a new tenant.
