We'll handle all security deposit related responsibilities which includes holding it in a proper escrow account, making proper deductions, and processing returns or disputes.

24/7 Emergency Line

Our 24/7 maintenance hotline is staffed by experienced property managers who can assess repair issues over the phone, troubleshoot, and dispatch a qualified vendor.

Evictions

Should there be a need to evict a tenant, we'll coordinate with our attorney to ensure legal compliance. $775+

Annual Admin Fee

Basic admin costs for closing out the end of the year. $25

Close Out File

Prep for closing out a clients file. $300

New Property with Existing Tenant

When taking on a new property, we will setup the lease, communicate with the tenant, and get a new lease signed if the existing lease is expired. $100

Lease Guarantee

If your tenant doesn't stay for a full 12 months, we will waive our leasing fee to find a new tenant. $100 Option
